So theres this thing... called the "More button" under "Audio"... Yeah. Press that and click the filter. Got it? Good... Now click "Aproved Artists" and change it to "Un-scouted Artists". Yeah. Rate those people, they need the most feedback. Not the people that are already scouted.

Because Scouted = Founded by Many People With Followings.
